NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell wrote a letter to fans of the NFL on Monday, stating that the league and players union “can and will reach an agreement.” This is the full text of the letter, which can also be found on NFL.com.

With one of the most exciting regular seasons now completed and the playoffs about to begin, let me first thank you and all NFL fans for your incredible support.
